Quality Control
We continuously upgrade our inspection equipment and processes, so we can deliver quality parts to our customers' expectations. We have our equipment calibrated each year. Below are a few of our additions.
Fowler Trimos
In 2016, we added the Fowler Trimos Digital Height Gauge to our inspection Dept, it has the capability of measuring tight tolerances down to .0001 with a max height of 24".
Dorsey Comparator
We purchased our new Dorsey Comparitor with edge detection to more accurately inspect parts. It has proven to be an invaluable addition to our inspection equipment and is used daily.
